The initiative to establish the Serbian-American Friendship Congress (SAFC) is a logical and expected outcome of the historical cooperation and social processes and relationships that have been established between the United States and the Republic of Serbia in recent times.
The initiators of this effort, both from the American and Serbian sides, have integrated a whole range of positive processes in Serbian-American relations, transforming them into a visible and recognizable initiative that will provide strength and open space for new initiatives and content of friendship between the two countries and peoples.
